This standard is applicable to all sellers of open platforms except virtual businesses (including but not limited to tourism, hotels, ticketing, recharge and lottery).


Chapter 1 entry

1.1    The platform has not authorized any agency to provide investment promotion services. The application process and related fee description are subject to the official investment promotion page of the platform.

1.2    The platform shall have the right to return the application to the seller based on other factors including but not limited to the brand demand, the company's operating status, service level and so on.

1.3    Platform open platform has the right to request the seller to provide other qualifications in the application and subsequent operation stage.

1.4    The platform will update investment promotion standards from time to time based on the development trends of various industries, relevant national regulations and consumer demand.

1.5    The seller must truthfully provide information and information:

1.5.1 Please be sure to ensure the authenticity, integrity and validity of the relevant qualifications and information provided in the application for settlement and subsequent operation (if the relevant qualifications provided by the seller are provided by a third party, including but not limited to the trademark registration certificate and authorization letter) If false qualification or information is found, the open platform will not cooperate with the seller and has the right to deal with it according to the rules of the open platform and relevant agreements signed with the seller;

1.5.2  The seller shall truthfully provide the entity of its store operation and relevant information, including but not limited to the actual operating entity of the store and the agent operating company;

1.5.3  If the platform has relevant provisions on the change of seller's information and materials, such provisions shall apply, but the seller shall inform the platform in writing ten days in advance if the seller changes the information listed in item 1.5; If the platform is not informed in advance, the platform will be handled according to the rules of platform open platform1.5.2If the platform is not informed in advance, the platform will be handled according to the rules of platform open platform

1.6    The platform is open to the public and does not accept entry applications from individual industrial and commercial merchants. The seller must be a formally registered enterprise。

1.7    For the time being, the platform will not accept applications for opening stores for brands that have not obtained the trademark registration certificate or trademark acceptance notice issued by the state administration of trademarks, nor will it accept applications for settling in pure graphic trademarks. If the seller provides the notice of acceptance of the trademark (TM status trademark), the registration application shall be completed within 6 months。


Chapter ii types of platform stores and related requirements

2.1     Flagship stores are stores opened on the open platform by the seller with its own brand (the trademark isRorTM) or the authorization document issued by the owner to open the flagship store on the open platform (the exclusivity and irrevocability should be specified in the authorization document).

2.1.1  Flagship stores can have the following scenarios:

Operate a flagship store of the seller of a private brand (the trademark isRorTM) whose products are settled on the platform and open to the platform. (private brand means that the trademark rights belong to the seller, and the sub-brands of the private brand can be placed in the flagship store. The trademark owner of the main and sub-brands shall be the same actual controller.);

Operate a flagship store of sellers on an open platform for the entry of a brand commodity with clear exclusive authorization;

Flagship stores of hypermarket brand (service trademark) opened by the trademark owner;

2.1.2  The opening entity must be the brand (trademark) owner or the authorized enterprise holding the exclusive authorization document issued by the owner to open the platform flagship store.

2.2     Exclusive stores are stores opened on the open platform by the seller with the authorization documents of others' brands (RorTM status)。

2.2.1  Type of boutique: seller's boutique operating one or more authorized brands (the trademark owner of multiple authorized brands shall be the same actual controller) but not exclusively authorized by the flagship store to enter the open platform;

2.2.2  The authorization documents issued by the owner of the brand (trademark) shall not be subject to geographical restrictions。

2.3     Store, operating platform open platform under the same level of operation category of two or more other people or own brand (trademarkRorTMstate) stores。

2.3.1  Franchise stores can have the following situations:

Under the same category, it is a seller's shop that operates two or more other brand commodities on the open platform;

Under the same category, it is a seller's shop operating both other brand goods and private brand goods on the open platform.

Chapter iv restrictions on opening shops

4.1    Restrictions on brand entry:

4.1.1 Brands with the same or similar names as the existing private brands, channels, businesses and categories of the platform;

4.1.2  Brands containing industry names or generic names;

4.1.3  Brands containing famous people and place names;

4.1.4  A brand that is identical or similar to a well-known brand

4.2     The category of operation is limited. The category operated by the seller in opening a shop shall comply with the relevant standards of the open platform. Please refer to them for details《平台开放平台经营类目资费一览表》。

4.3Store restrictions for the same entity:

4.3.1  A single store can only correspond to one business model. Please refer to the corresponding contract signed with the seller for the contents of each business model;

4.3.2  If the same entity opens several stores, the total number of business modes shall not exceed two, and a written application shall be submitted to the platform10If the same entity opens several stores, the total number of business modes shall not exceed two, and a written application shall be submitted to the platform;

4.3.3  Commodity coincidence degree: it is required that brands and commodities operated between stores shall not be duplicated,Stores approved by the platform under item4.3.2are not subject to this restriction。

4.4     Open platform restrictions for the same entity to re-enter the platform:

4.4.1  Those who have been removed from the platform due to serious violation of regulations or qualification fraud shall be permanently restricted to enter the platform;

4.4.2  If the seller voluntarily exits2n a natural year, the entry shall be restricted for12months from the date of the last withdrawal。

4.5     Limit of renewal: the application for renewal shall be submitted before 18:00 on March 1 each year, and the payment of platform usage fee shall be completed before 18:00 on March 20 each year. If the fees and information of the previous year and the next year are not made up, the platform shall terminate the service of the store and remove the goods at 24:00 on March 31 each year.。


The fifth chapter Platform open platform margin/Platform fee/Standard rates

5.1     Margin: the amount paid by the seller to the platform to ensure the standardized operation of the store and guarantee the quality of goods and services. In case of breach of contract or violation by the seller, the platform may deduct the corresponding amount of deposit as liquidated damages or compensation to the buyer in accordance with the relevant provisions of the agreement signed with the seller and the rules of the platform's open platform。

5.1.1  The replenishment, refund and deduction of the deposit shall be handled in accordance with the relevant agreements signed by the seller and the rules of the platform;

5.1.2  For the margin standards corresponding to each business category of the platform, please refer to《平台开放平台经营类目资费一览表》。for details.

5.2     Platform usage fee: the fixed technical service fee paid by the seller when using the services of the platform in accordance with the relevant agreement signed with the platform. Please refer to《平台开放平台经营类目资费一览表》。for the corresponding platform usage fee standards for each operating category of the open platform. The platform user fee for the renewal service period of the renewed seller shall be paid in a lump sum before 18:00 on March 20 each year. The newly signed seller shall pay the platform usage fee for the corresponding service period in a lump sum upon approval of the application.。

5.2.1   Platform usage fee settlement:

5.2.1.1The seller takes the initiative to stop the service of the store and does not return the platform usage fee;

5.2.1.2The platform usage fee shall not be returned if the seller is removed due to violations or qualification fraud;

5.2.1.3The platform usage fee of each store is calculated and paid according to the corresponding service period. If the service is launched on the 15th day of the 1st solstice of each month (inclusive), the platform usage fee shall be charged at the rate of one month in the month when the service is launched; if the service is launched on the 16th day of each month (inclusive) to the last day of the end of the month, no platform usage fee shall be charged in the month when the service is launched;

5.2.1.4The one with the ID of an independent store is a store. If the seller needs to open more than one store according to the operation situation, the seller shall pay the corresponding platform usage fee according to the number of stores。

5.3     Rate: the fee paid by the seller to the platform on a pro rata basis (referred to as "technical service rate" or "gross margin guarantee rate" in the relevant agreement with the seller) for each transaction under the business category. Please refer to the corresponding rate standard of each business model and business category of the platform for details《平台开放平台经营类目资费一览表》。


chapter 6 Store service period

6.1     The first service period of each seller's shop begins from the date of service opening and ends on March 31, the first service period ends on March 31, the second service period begins on April 1 and ends on March 31, the third and fourth... The service life is the same, with a one-year cycle, unless the store or the relevant agreement with the seller terminates earlier。

6.2     The opening date of the service of each store of the seller shall be subject to the time notified by the platform or recorded by the system。

6.3     The seller shall submit an application for renewal to party a 30 days before the expiration of each service period of the store, pay the platform usage fee for the renewal of the service period and submit all valid qualifications required for its operation, which shall be examined by the platform。

6.4     If the seller fails to submit an application for renewal or the application fails to pass the examination of the platform, the platform will no longer provide any service of the store to the seller upon expiration of the service period。

If the fees and information of the previous year and the next year are not made up, the platform shall terminate the store service and remove the goods at 24:00 on March 31, each year。
